Heavy-Duty Low-Form Beakers with Double-Capacity Scale, Borosilicate Glass
Heavy construction, including thick, uniform walls and extra thickness at the top rim, is intended to prolong beaker life
expectancy under harder-than-normal usage conditions. Evenly tooled top rim and spout are designed for optimum perfor-
mance. Beakers feature a durable matte finish marking area and white graduated scale. This glassware is not recommended for
use on hot plates where significant thermal gradients exist due to lack of agitation of contents or absence of a temperature con-
trol.

Griffin Low-Form Beakers with Double-Capacity Scale, Borosilicate Glass
Beakers feature a thick, slightly flared, beaded top with a spout designed to have excellent pouring characteristics. They have
uniform walls and are made of Type I, Class A borosilicate glass. Beakers 20mL and larger are printed with an easy-to-read
white graduated scale for approximate measurement. All beakers feature a durable matte finish marking area suitable for use
with an ordinary pencil.

Storage/Media Bottles
These general use bottles are designed with a wide opening (30mm I.D.) and a drip-free polypropylene pour ring. They feature
enhanced graduations and marking spots printed in permanent white enamel. Bottles can be autoclaved to 180°C (356°F).
Standard linerless GL45 polypropylene screw thread caps are autoclavable to 140°C (284°F). Optional high-temperature cap
89000-946 is autoclavable to 180°C (356°F).

Repeating Dispensers
Dispensers are recommended for multiple test procedures as well as dispensing strong acids, alkalies, and volatile reagents.
Accurate to
±
2%. The calibrated pipet heads automatically fill and deliver contents by simple pouring action for rapid repeat
transfers of fixed volumes of solutions. To fill, the pipet head is tilted backwards. Excess liquid returns to the flask automatically.
Tilting dispenser forward delivers the calibrated volume. Pipet heads ordered separately have
T
24/40 inner joint.
A complete unit consists of an interchangeable glass pipet head, Erlenmeyer flask with
T
24/40 ground joint, and poly joint
clamp.

Disposable Serological Pipets, Glass, Nonpyrogenic
These pipets have a uniform pulled tip and are calibrated to deliver to the tip, with two rings near the top denoting that the
small amount remaining in the tip after free delivery has ceased must be blown out and added to the main volume delivered.
Negative graduations increase the versatility of the pipet. Pipets are available sterile and plugged or in bulk packs of nonster-
ile, non-plugged pipets. Nonsterile, non-plugged pipets feature a blue scale.
Made from borosilicate glass in compliance with ASTM Specification E438, Type I, Class B glass requirements. Individually-
